EXCHANGE-RETURNS
If you are not ecstatic about your MING WANG purchase, we make it easy for you to return with Free Returns & Exchanges.

MING WANG warmly accepts unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the purchase. Returns must be processed on the original form of payment used for purchase. Please note the processing of online returns may take up to five business days. Though we process your credit immediately, allow 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement.

Visit our Online Return Center to start your complimentary return or exchange.

Returns should be completed with the form and shipping label from our Returns Center. Drop off your package with the carrier that matches your provided return label. Once your return or exchange is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation notification by email.

If you ordered through mingwangknits.com and do not have the packing label, provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number, and order number, if available.

If you elect to ship your return without the return shipping label we provide, we are not responsible for the shipping cost or any loss/damage to the product during transit.
